Sensitivity
Milky Goddess Journal
Starting domperidone has made me much more aware of my body in ways I didn’t fully expect.
The most noticeable change has been the sensitivity in my nipples. It’s a familiar kind of sensitivity, similar to the way my body feels right before my period. Everything feels a little more awake, a little more responsive, like there’s a quiet signal moving through my chest that keeps asking for attention.
Sometimes during the day I catch myself brushing against the fabric of my shirt, feeling the small friction just enough to calm the sensation for a moment. It’s soothing, but only temporarily. My body seems to know the difference between a small distraction and what it’s actually asking for.
For me, that feeling has become part of this early stage of the process. A reminder that something is shifting, even if the changes are still subtle.
